I think it was planned on MTV and Cohen, and a complete ass to face surprise on Eminem

Ide say karma comes back sevenfold, his negative violent sexist lyrics are not something our culture needs and a good joke like this is a good way to wipe the slate clean, totally deserves it.

This isn't something we need, a homophobic rapper, violent and retarded lyrics about the lives of other celebrities.

I used to listen to his crap in middle school, I think its about time he writes about something different like maybe cool stuff like how awesome star trek was and how not funny it is to make fun gay people or other celebrities.

A lot of people expect the usual 3d treatment with glasses, but if I'm correct I think this movie will be accessible to everyone especially people who where glasses won't have to require to put on 3d glasses. The imagery will be 3d to the naked eye, although if its that state of the art then maybe the general audience won't be ready for it.

Apparently some imagery will fool reality with fiction ie. partical effects, the sense of gravity. I'm keeping my mind open to this but I read on another article that the sensation feels like doing drugs...

The hype for this movie is building some very huge expectations for a movie that's being labeled a revolution and the second coming of JC. These concept art are a bit unimpressive, i was a expecting something more ethereal and other worldly, it doesnt seem like an alien planet, but more like a revisit to Jurassic Park, this can be a small portion of the planet, we'll see when it comes out, but that mech looks sweet, and the helipad may be ecstatic in 3D movement and soundeffects make a HUGE difference, these are just concept images.

Aside from the flaming haters out there, did anyone notice the 3 silhouette figures in the skynet building when Kyle Reese looks up, finally spotted and taken to his cell? I kept wondering what these silhouettes may be, they didnt have any arm mounted mini-guns so they couldn't be T-600's, and the T-800 went online the minute Connor was officially trapped.

Ok everyone is hating on the movie, personally I'de have to say that it was awesome. I dont get how people insist on comparing the movie to T1 and T2, its a completely different universe and an alternate reality all together with the time travel paradoxes. But what I really enjoyed was the similarities it had to the previous movies.

The sophistication of skynets termination strategy to take out John Connor and Kyle Reese was very well done.

Marcus Wright was an exceptional terminator, really raising the bar of sophistication that skynet is achieving.

The CG to include Arnold was so fucken sick, I'm a VFX major and by far I was blown away at how real he looked. T-800 was so slick and scary really brought back memories of the factory scene in T1.

The human elements were solid, if a machine can understand the meaning life a la T2. Marcus' character nailed it solid hybrid machine/human? Pretty cool imo.

The action was exceptional. McG has a taste for camera movement, very impressed at how he placed you in the action.

In all, the movie followed up on what the series had previously developed. People say that it had no story, neither did T2, I love T2 but it was really all about Fate and was a perfect stand alone sequel. T1 had all the story, and most of it was narrated by Reese.

I just wished they elaborated more on the time machine, obviously skynet's ultimate plan to eradicate the human resistance. Skynet's amazing ai left me wondering what else is behind it. Are humans involved in future skynets operations, or was Dr. Selena Kogan a terminator in the past sent from the future to develop Marcus?

And did anyone miss the photograph of Sarah Connor, yup Kyle Reese picks it out of John Connors jacket brilliant!
