If it is impossible to save baseband and update to 6.0 on 3GS ,why isn't possible to upgrade to ipad bb then downgrade to 5.13?

it is said nowhere that it is for restore to 5 only.Beside when you indicate the 6.0 firmware to redsnow it accept it and purpose to you to restore directly (whitout custom) and save BB.

cut copy"block the BB update for any 3GS or iPhone4 restore (past, present, or future — no redsn0w update required) using Extras->Even More->Restore"
In this case what does this mean?
