Both kinds of links are good and Matt Cutts recommends that you have more no follow than do follow or it might look suspicious.

Thanks for writing about CommentLuv. I use it on all my blogs and two of them are Blogger blogs. I let comments go through but sometimes they get caught by the spam filters on Intense Debate. Every couple of weeks I go in and find a few there that need to be approved.
