There is a Microsoft Money 2007 or 2008 import option. I have not tried the feature out myself so I can't speak for how well it works.

That report is from 2002. I know they have changed the quicken file format a few times since then. Has security increased since then? I'm not sure. If security is the utmost importance you should be running Quicken on either a virtual instance or a dedicated PC. This machine should then not be used for anything else other than Quicken.

Most of the AA is based upon the books of William Bernstein. He's done regression analysis of the past 100 years of equity data.
Yes I know the past does not equal the future. I've made tweaks based upon some judgment calls and risk assessment of myself. If you put it in simple terms it's based upon 60/40 stock/bond mix with less bonds so I can hold other assets.
The outlook is still the same as what I mentioned in Economic Outlook for 2010 and 2011. Again it's just my opinion.
