Uh, no. I guess you haven't been watching his speeches lately but this is almost word-for-word a recent one. And it is hardly a "secret" video or whatever this blog is implying. Every word the president says in ANY context is fodder for the MSM and even far right bloggers with journalistic aspirations. To imply this is somehow under the radar is just paranoid.
