The government will trade you social issues for your freedom. Our nation of idiots are content to watch Paris take it up the youknowwhere on YouTube and call it freedom. Opening up the closet door regarding gays in the military is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. Legalization of pot is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. Allowing foreigners cross our borders w/o papers, medical checks, any IDs, etc., is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. Letting any uncreditworthy person(s) buy a house, is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. Clamping down on firearms so "we can all live in harmony" is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. Preaching -- and trying to legislate -- the dogma of climate change is another social appeasement disguised as freedom. When cameras are installed on every street corner "in the name of safety", it's just another social appeasement disguised as freedom.
