Yes I have rebooted. I have tried restoring and re-jailbreaking and still the same thing! I was hoping it wasnt a hardware issue bc i cant take it to apple bc my basband is on 6.15! Now im screwed! Should I try to try another custom firmware or is my phone just trash now?
Hey guys! I have an iPhone 3Gs on BB 6.15 and I dont have ANY SOUND!!! iPod isnt working.. phone doesnt ring.. i cant even hear anything with the headphones plugged in! Every once and awhile the sound plays, but then it just starts to static and fade away?!? Could this be from the custom firmware that im using? Or do you think its an hardware issue?

I searched for this answer and got mixed results! So can I or can I not take the LCD out of my 3Gs and put it into my 3G? I know the cables are different bc I already tried to just swap out the whole front.. But I didn't try taking all the screws out and swapping the actual screen? Is it possible or not? Some say it is and some say it's not so I guess I'll go with the majority rules on this one!
do you know if the LCD screen on my 3Gs will work on my 3G? or are they different?
yeah i found that out a little too late! lol.. now my 3Gs is screwed up! luckily i have a back up 3G that im currently using still on 3.1 going strong! hopefully i can get my 3Gs working in the future though bc my LCD has a crack in it on my 3G!
i wasnt asking so that you could be an smart ass! i bought the phone from someone and 4.2.1 was already on it! just wanted to know if it was possible thats all!
i have a new boot 3Gs.. is there anyway to downgrade from 4.2.1 without the SHSH???
is there ANYWAY to downgrade from 4.2.1 to 4.1 WITHOUT the blobs saved???
