I use the linklove plugin:

Where a commenter has commented at least 10 times (configurable) the nofollow reference is removed. For all newer commenters, the nofollow remains.

Indeed. Don't use javascript in your headers or navigation for the same reason.

Last night's show was pretty bad. It had its moments though, and the Police were entertaining. Suffice that almost any show at Red Rocks is going to be at least enjoyable.
