Why does everyone think that the biblical prophecy is aimed at America? Do we all really think that god favors one nation?
I dont think that the world will end; I think the world as we know it will end. As for the date who knows. I just feel as if we are going to ruin so much ground or so many resources for that matter that the planet will not support the mass population. If you think about it, from just the two recent seabed oil spills we will not understand or realize the full scope of damage for decades. Now we have another major coastal desaster that we do not fully realize or have the knowledge to know the consequinces. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
All of this goes beyond passing blame. Our country and the rest of the planet is very bleek. Between the two massive oil spills of last year and now this we are in big trouble. All of the governments and companys involved in all of the recent desasters pass the blame card back and forth; blame is not important. What is important is that in the last hundred years we have created our demise in its entirety. Every mechanism of the destruction of our home -meaning the world- has all been created in the last century. Everyone has a get it done now save a buck attitude with only concern for covering their own a**. When we have destroyed ourselves who are you all gonna blame then? I'm sure you'll find someone, the truth is though its our own fault. No one has the time or care to get involved with anything other than their own agenda. The whole world is falling apart. I'll be surprised if theirs a single soul left on this waste planet in ten years. everythings a joke these days. Laughing all the way to hell.
Brutally sad story to think about. I think the worst part is still to come. In a couple weeks I would not be the least bit surprised to learn that the authoritiys press charges on the father much like they would in an automobile accident.
It does not matter what the court rules, Birk is a LEO, he can do anything. Lets not forget the people that choose these jurors can be as biased as they please. I only find it odd that every case we read about that has to do with officer wrong doing ends up hung jury.
The profiling thiny was aimed at the idiots who were making remarks about the usually suspects.

Wow, Domestic Terrorism. Scary stuff, remember the Portland Christmas tree lighting event? This is all too close to home. The worst part about it is something as simple as stereotypes cant be used to find the culprits. It could be anyone- Just look at Arizonas recent events.
I am from Scottsbluff, a small druggie town right next to Gering. One could say that the two are the same they are so close together. Anyway, the people of these "cities" are not very smart. Awful area to even visit. I know the Scanlon family. Mark Scanlon is Teresa's Father, he is a pshycologist in Scottsbluff, a corrupt pshycologist. In my opinion the Scanlon familiy is nothing more than manipulative trash. Ever see that movie where a woman is married to a phycologist and he decides he does not want her around anymore and in turn commits her? Reminds me of Mark Scanlon.
You know, there are good people and bad people. Just imagine you are inocent and in prison, then the system takes one of your only tools that you could possibly use to free yourself. I agree with you jellybeans, the inmates should not be cutoff entirely, they should have to prove their need.
He wont go to jail. The DA undercharged him for a reason. CORRUPT!!!!!!!
