Help!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to get the comments from this blog to come on my emails. They use to but for some reason no longer. Can someone tell me if there is a setting on my computer that is preventing the comments from being downloaded onto my email.

Very good analysis of the results of the election. However, I am deeply disappointed to see that Layton and his party so flagrantly nominated/appointed candidates in Quebec who had no business running. What Layton has done should be the subject of an ethics inquiry in the House. There should be common rules for how candidates are nominated/appointed by all parties. To simply put in a pylon risks what has happened now. A pile of activists, university students who are actually still in school etc and who are now being charged with helping to run the country. Some of these people have no life experience. It is really sad and Layton needs to be held accountable for his kiddie MPs and the fact he cannot be a credible official opposition party. Layton should enjoy his day in the sun as it will end soon enough. He is lucky Harper has a majority government.

Everybody knows that turnout and vote splitting are major issues when there are three way races. However, the vote split may help in Quebec and in B.C. I suspect with Jack talking about constitution etc he may lose seats in Ontario.
Jack is putting all his eggs in the Quebec basket. If his caucus is made up of mostly Quebec MPs his focus will be on Quebec. Now we have two parties to fight who are only interested in what is in the best interest of Quebec.

Absolutely true......over the past five years we have seen a lot written about our failing democracy, the PM abusing his powers and of course as you say the FPTP system needs to be charged to a system where political hacks get apppointed from a party list. Yeah that's democracy in action.
If Harper gets his majority watch for the whining to intensify.

Ignatieff and the rest of the opposition leaders conveniently leave this part of the equation off their talking points.

The Liberals have been told time and again by the electorate they were not interested in an election. Canadians told the Libs in a number of leadership polls that their leader sucked. Canadians told pollsters consistently that they preferred the Conservatives over the Libs. Yet typical of their tin ears they trumped up a so called contempt charge and forced the unwanted election. Well Canadians once again are telling the Libs we are not interested in your leader and your party. In fact they could end as the third party in the House. There will be a political assination in the Liberal party come the night of May 2nd and Ignatieff and the backroom boys are going to be looking for jobs.

You are wrong. The letter simply asked the GG to consider her options. Nothing more, nothing less. You can infer what you want but don't lie about what the letter said. What is happening now is B.S. Answer me this. Why would an opposition party whose leader is the most unpopular leader in the country i.e. Ignatieff and his party was running 10-15 pts behind the government want to trigger an election. It is because they wanted to hold Harper to a minority and take over after the election. That is what I see happening here. You tell me something that's different supported by facts.

Nobody gets a pass Gayle. In fact Ignatieff is so desperate he is even making hay out of Jack's support for the gun registry and how that must make the Montreal massacre victims feel. Desperation? You bet.

Oh yah thats right we are scared of Layton. Frankly I would rather see Layton as leader of the opposition than the nutty professor and his band of arrogant clowns.
