Poland is one of our staunchest allies and a democratic country, so obviously Obama sees the need to cut Poland loose to the wolves. Not surprising at all.

Good cartoon, but I think you're understating the situation.

My respect for Princeton just plummeted. I only hope not everyone there is this dumb and ugly. I feel pretty ashamed to be a college student now after watching that. If I were there, I'd have just bought all the hummus there and ate it right in front of them just to piss them off, and I don't even eat hummus that much.

What really gets me about Maher isn't his views, it's that he's not honest about them. I actually have more respect for Michael Moore; at least with Moore you know what you're dealing with. Maher, on the other hand, is a statist in libertarian's clothing. On top of that, he's a sophomoric debater, a horrible moderator, and an all around failure.

Overall, this is a good film, but I prefer older Miyazaki movies more. He seems to have lost some of his talent with age and I just can't enjoy his newer films like Howl's Moving Castle and Ponyo that much. I would pick this film over Avatar any day, though.
