All down the pant leg stripes. Although i did misspeak - according to a few other local news articles they not wings, but are "feathers inspired by the thunderbird often featured in Pacific Northwest native designs and totems".
Between the carbon fiberish stripe on the helmets, jazzy/unnecessary shoulder pad designs, wing logos to draw a connection to our mascot, and a myriad of jersey color combinations - I would argue that Nike is trying to bring their ultramodern jersey design (from which they have made a name for themselves particularly at the U of Oregon) to the NFL. But that is just me and my opinion. And I am a classic uniform kinda of guy.
Wow! Very poorly done Nike. This is the NFL, not the University of Oregon.
Tough but fair decision. I think Wulff is a likeable guy, decent coach, and has the program going in the right direction. But having said that, it doesn't matter how poorly Doba left this program, this is big time college football and money matters - you have to show more progress and produce better than a 9-40 record over the course of 4 years. I'll admit im a UW grad, but I think it is time for WSU to open the checkbook and hire Mike Leach to light a fire under this program. I'm confident Tuel (and then Halliday) could thrive in Leach's air raid system. Good luck in your coaching search Cougs.
Outrageous!! - there is no way a 91' geo metro can do 100mph!
We automatically forfeited the season when we picked up up Tarvaris to be our starting qb. This guy is a joke. Is it time to start clipboard Jesus? or do we keep Tavaris in there to lose every game in order to draft Andrew Luck 1st overall?
it really tied the room together
In other news........water is wet.
