So, we didn't buy a house a few years back fearing we won't be able to make the payments after we learned we are expecting again and I would have to stop working. So now, if for whatever reason we can not pay our rent we just have to remain at our rental and make a trip to Washington D.C. ?!?

Yes, there is, at least for awhile. So the specialists can do their research on her and learn from observing her hoe to recognize someone like this in the future.
Though as I said before on this if that was my daughter who was killed that piece of shit wouldn't be going to trial, prison or anywhere else but under the ground.
