If they don't prosecute them, it only sets this teenager up to be a criminal when he gets older ...next time he will be beating or killing a person... teach this boy and his father what they did is wrong and lock them up

Ok so she is the kindest most gentlest person, maybe that is true, but it does'nt dismiss the fact that she turned in front of a motorcycle killing a sweet kind and gentle 12 yr old boy... my understanding is that she was giving a breathalizer test and she had been drinking from what i am being told by the family who by the way is a good friend of mine... Just cause she is a good person does not mean that she was not drinking and driving and was not paying attention on the road...

This is horrible, no child should be expected to go to the front door when other kids are playing on a trampoline in the back yard, i agree there should have been a lock on the gate to prevent this from happening... i know this woman and she is a compulsive liar
