Great article on a very satisfying win Mike.

The late TD by ISU irked me.

Wish Iowa hadn't given it up so easily and quickly, but I wonder why Rhoads left Arnaud in while Ferentz had his second and third teamers in the game.

I would have simply made the new divisions based on time zones. 6 teams in the eastern time zone and 6 teams in the central time zone. Border rivalries would have been preserved, and protected rivalries would have been included. But big money, and the desire to appease fOSU and Mecheatagain came first.

The new divisions sicken me.

Not playing Wisconsin every year is unforgivable.

All in the name of appeasing Ohio State and Michigan.

Purdue as our protected rival? Please!

The logical thing to do would be to divide the conference by time zones: 6 schools in the eastern time zone and 6 in the central time zone.

But the almighty TV dollars once again win out.

Instead of preserving natural border rivalries like Wisconsin and Illannoy, the Big Ten sends them to the east. Simply unbelievable. Instead of doing the sensible thing by allowing schools to conserve travel expenses, not to mention the fans, they posture in the direction of Ohio State.

Simply gutless.

How does Gary Barta justify his agreement to go along with this scenario?
