I think that a law suit from ACORN is very doubtful. Right now their lawyers, if they are worth their salt, are warning that cooler heads should prevail. Why you ask? Well if they file suit, they will be exposed to discovery proceedings. Why is that important you ask? Well during discovery, anything is fair game, all books, memos, emails, anything. Do you think that ACORN wants that to happen? I think not! So If I were FOX, Brightbart, O'Keefe, Giles, etc., I would welcome a lawsuit filed by ACORN, it would just serve to bring them further down.
