This Congressman's behavior is reprehensible, but Republicans who think abuse of citizens is a Democrat thing should think back to Dick Cheney's having a citizen arrested and detained for simply making a casual comment at a shopping mall...or how the Republicans had reporters arrested and abused at the Republican National Convention in 2008.
