I was there. Most were not from his district. His district covers latrobe, derry, mt pleasant and rostraver. Most there were from hempfield, North huntingdon, Murrysville, and Penn Twp which immediately surround that park.

But since Russell had his closing rally outside of the district last year I guess this is no big surprise...
