seems like the concept of lesser of two evils is lost on a lot of commenters here

I'd rather have a "RINO" that at least will allow the Republicans to possibly have the majority and vote with the party a large percent of the time than another Democrat who especially from Maine will NEVER vote with us

Carol Alexander is entirely right, a liberal won't vote for Santorum, however I don't think she realizes that they are willing to vote for him now just they won't in November, they gladly will now because they recognize he would be the easier candidate to beat

and if she really believes that Santorum sticks to his principles how does she explain his last minute robocall urging Dems to vote against Romney since Romney opposed the auto bailout (which Santorum also claims to oppose)

I don't think a lot of people realize just how different college is these days and trying to find a job without a degree (or even with just a bachelor's degree) in the current economy

I have a friend who despite having experience in the field she wants a career in can't actually get the job she wants without a degree even though she really doesn't need it and the average student loan debt from what I've witnessed is much higher than 25k especially if you want a master's degree or even higher
