Love your pictures and love your post! I posted to you on FB, but wanted to share that our garden is pretty cool this year too. Looks similar to yours with everything really bursting! It's a blast. Always look to your site for recipes and ideas. We dry our peppers in a dehydrator (out in our shed or it's major sneezing) and it's great in a shaker. Beautiful color too. I want to try your method of brining. Is Braggs vinegar OK? I'll be on the lookout for those little bastards. Never had them nor ever want them. Glass? Yikes! Any other suggestions if they show up?
