I thought you guys played superbly in the first half and Zola without doubt had his tactics spot on, coming at us right from the off led by a very impressive Behrami, teaching our 2 young kids Wiltshire and Merida |(who have embarrassed senior pros in previous Carling Cup games) a lesson or two... so much so that Wilshere struggled to make any impact, and Merida was a lost soul continuously giving the ball away whenever we pushed forward... Song held it together when you broke forward for the first 15 mins of the 2nd half, but I think you would have got your 2nd if we didn't make those subs... like you say Diabi made a huge difference and your energetic start which gave and that deserved lead at half time was always going to cause you tired legs near the end, and we had the quality on the bench to make it count... play like that week in week out and I have no idea why you are fighting the bottom of the Prem... one question though, why does Rob Green always have absolute blinders when he plays against us?
