Give the app a chance :), it is bound to have a few problems on launch with so many users downloading and accessing it on the first day.

I see very little wrong with the app and although I did have a sign-in issue for a little while on the iPad version - both versions be it iPhone/iPod Touch or iPad work very well.

The fact that O2 and Vodafone both spoke to me and didn't even bother offering me their own deals when I explained the one I had just asked for with Three - quite telling don't you think! :)

Shame about the loss of Visual Voicemail, but for unlimited data and tethering - it's a small price to pay!

Hi Bill

Yes you can backup multiple machines and the software doesn't mix up multiple device backups, so you don't have to be concerned. I have backed up a few machines with no problems.

As the software looks for certain file types, you may have certain files that are not automatically backed up that you may wish to copy over to the external hard drive. You may also have a folder with various file types mixed within, but you can't just select a folder - it instead scans the entire hard drive and backs up all recognised media, when you may only wish it to backup a single folder and not everything else.

This guide is aimed at all platforms that utilise apps. It is not a programmers guide (no actual coding instructions), but programmers and others alike will benefit from the series.
