I'm just sayin think about it!
The sad and honest truth is that niether you, I, or anybody else knows the truth about what Josh was thinking or the murder of Josh's wife, we can only speculate. None of us have a crystal ball or the ability to see in the future or even read minds. All we have are the laws that govern us, and for better or worse they do a fairly good job of that.
RIP little ones.
Exactly!! I was thinking the same thing when I first heard of this horrific tragedy. I bet this judge still thinks she did the right thing. It's pure politics with some of these judges (not all of them, thank god), and the cold part about it is that they look at these things as collateral damage without regard to their part in it. She shoudl be fired or step down, but she won't, because she will spin and use this tragedy as yet another political platform to propel her career. It is a cold game.
It's good to see that there are still people out here that keep their wits about them and can cut through the hype and zero in on the actual causation of this horrific tragedy. As far as any of us know, Josh was innocent of killing his wife, and is still innocent of that crime today, because we will never know truth and I'm sure the case is closed in the eyes of law enforcement. I agree with you on placing the blame at the feet of Judge Kathryn J. Nelson. It's very sad and very apparent that she was playing politics in the court room. There is no doubt that he was in the last stage of stress (exhaustion), and the stressor was constant. WTH did she expect would happen?
Taking your kids camping early in the morning (past midnight), may sound strange to you, but you'd be suprised at how normal it is for many people. In fact, when I was a kid at camp our camp instructor would get us up at 0200-0300 to go into the woods and spot different animals in their natural habitat.
P.T. Barnum would've loved you clowns. Tell you a scary story and all common sense and rationale goes out the window.
Deoxyribonucleic acid is much more than a tool used to identify somebody. It holds all your gentic information. Giving law enforcement free rain to take and catalog your DNA is a very bad idea. That would be like (much worse), giving them your credit card or debit card along with your pin and account numbers as a second I.D., and hoping that nobody there would use that information for anything else except to identify you with.
Exactly!!! That is the most stupidest thing I've ever heard. I guess calling someone European or African is considered a racial slur as well. Get real! My guess is that the only reason this ridiculous claim got any attention at all would be to down-play the real incidents or to make some news out of nothing. Just my 2cents.
