Yes and no. Cause the problem could also be the number of small transparent bags people put inside the ones they use as trash bags afterwards.

If it would be up to me, I would forget about taxes and I would just take away the free small transparent ones. And forbid the cashiers to wrap anything into them as they do with shampoos and liquids of any kind.

Trust me, I would not drive you nuts - I just care about the way things are done. Once I did not argue when, in Kaubamaja, I overpaid something for a way more than 40EEK since the politeness of the woman who helped me on choosing was worth the "mistake".

But the unfriendliness of the girl in the article was hard to believe. And, still, I staid there till the very last moment explaining that it was all about nothing and we could solve it with a 5 seconds solution.
