Is the TEST that Joe Biden referred to the revolt of the US citizens? And so, what is the inappropriate response?

Congress should serve "we the people" for no more than $1 per year, no health benefits, no retirement plan on us and pay for their own lunch. A sandwich would do. That is the least they could do to demonstrate patriotism.

Obama is so unAmerican. He is intent on destroying our country by economic collapse from within. Can he be so smart on his own, or does he have serious help from elswhere? I am very concerned.
