6.4 on the pH scale isn't BAD per se, but it's not great, either. Your body actually functions better if you're a little bit more alkaline, being too acidic is what causes all the problems.

Unfortunately most people in North America are too acidic due to our over-processed diets. Doing this challenge is supposed to help me increase my pH so my body can handle stress & stuff better.

I am so tempted to get it...as you know red is one of my weaknesses.

PS. Someone told me that if you rub the zipper teeth with waxed paper or possibly a cheap candle they will become smoother and catch on things less. Worth a shot?

Yeah, FB has some nice hair.

I totally embrace mine :) I've never dyed it or processed it or anything because I know that women spend hundreds of dollars to get their hair to look like mine. (Even though sometimes I wish I were a brunette!)

I don't mean to be a snob about it, but I've got great hair and I know it--so I respect what nature gave me and leave it au naturel. I just get a cut that compliments it and I'm good to go!

The most I do to it is blow dry it straight and occasionally use a flat iron on it.

I have long, thick (but fine) light blond hair with natural wave.

We could go on a hunt for pho and good macarons in the city... I know I read some articles about the best place to get them in TO, I just need to find them!

I can't stop thinking about the macarons. I should have bought like, 20 of them :S

Re: hard drive for your dad. GOOD IDEA. I just got my old one cleaned up for my dad to transfer 4 years of family photos onto... and BAM apparently yesterday their laptop crapped out! I can't believe the timing! Now we have to take it in to see if we can retrieve the photos, if nothing else.

Don't buy a Dell.
