I personally would never take success over good football, but with a decent manager there is no reason you cannot combine both, as Liverpool showed in the 70's you have to earn the right to play football, win the battle first and then you can play.
And can anyone help me, i think i am going insane, i am actually quite excited by the prospect of signing Boateng, breaking up the play alongside Parker allowing the latter too play more football, Belhadj who i think is the best left back at going forward outside the top 4 clubs, (did anyone else get elated at the headline Spector a Reading Star) and throwing in Avram Grant a Manager with Champions league experience, then the sudden realisation hits these boys got themselves relegated, Oh Well!!!!

I dont consider any of them to be exciting, other than looking forward to Ian Holloway's after match analysis, as said earlier take anything said by Sky with a pinch of salt like Harry Harris in the Mirror.

True Ian just saying some of the movement and passing at times was fantastic but unfortunately the players were not good enough up front to provide an end product.

Sad to see Zola go, at times the Football (early season) was great to watch other times Dross, but would have liked to have seen him given another Season i think he would have turned it around.

But on the talk of a new Manager why is no one mentioning ROY HODGSON surely Manager of the Season.
