If parents would just do their jobs and take care of their children, this world would be such a different place. Kids NEED love, supervision, a strong moral foundation and positive discipline, it is crucial to their development. This child obviously has none of the above. His parents should be charged for their negligence as well as the child being punished for his crime.

This is wrong on so many levels. He violated that woman sexually, not to mention the diseases he potentially exposed her to that can be transmitted through bodily fluids. He should face felony rape charges.

No charges were planned against these violent parents? Assault is a crime, whether the victim is 1 day or 100 years old. I pray that this child and all other abused children can get the comfort and love they truly deserve.

For your information, Lucas Davis (the felony harassment suspect) is an American, as are the rest of these Blaine gang members. This had nothing to do with Mexicans, so please stay focused on the subject. These are lost children, no matter where they're from, or the color of their skin, and it's due to our broken society. Instead of fear mongering, we as a nation need to solve this problem facing our youth.......together. Our future depends on it!
