I thought that the objective of the 9-12 project was to bring people closer together like they were after 9-11 and to live by MOST of the principles and values. How can we do that if we turn everyone away that doesn't believe exactly as we do? I believe in GOD and I believe that it is my job to accept others for who they are. You never know who's life you may effect in great ways. GOD Bless!

My husband and I are attending one in Rome, GA and one in Chattanooga,TN. We have been telling everyone about the 9-12 project, the tea parties and wearing our We Surround Them t-shirts. I am amazed at the amount of people who haven't even heard about any of the events. I am printing flyers and taking them to different locations in my town. And we will have signs about the 9-12 project on one side and tea party slogans on the other side. Choosing what to say on the signs is the hardest part, because there are so many things I want to say. Any suggestions on what will hit home with Congress and the public the best? On one sign?

If you have questions and are seeking answers than you do believe in something. Just follow your own heart. I believe in GOD , but I still seek answers every day. That is faith to me. To follow my heart where GOD leads me, not where man leads.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe this country was started because people got together that believed in basicly the same priniples and values. And they made this a great country based on that. The problem now is that people have forgotten what it is to be an American. I don't care if people believe differently than I do on different subjects. That is what freedom is about. But common sense has to be in there somewhere. The 9 principles and 12 values are pretty simple to live by if you have a heart and care about what happens to other people. I don't know anyone here, but I care about your freedoms. Everyone here believes in something or they would not be here. I believe in GOD and that without HIM we have nothing. I have that freedom and it WILL NOT be taken away. This country was not started by one person and can not continue with just one. TOGETHER, we can make it what it used to be. Like it or not, America started doing poorly when the values and principles were forgotten. Let's believe in each other not self. Sorry for rambling on. I just care!

Hello everyone. I'm new to this, but have wanted to do something like this for years now. My greatest wish is that we get GOD back into this country and into the hearts of the people running (ruining) it. The Pledge of Allegiance should be said in schools like it use to be. Maybe people would respect their country and the freedoms that they still have a little more. I am full of wishes, but the rest have pretty much already been listed. Sorry so simple. I just want my GOD and country back and it brings me to tears (of joy) to see that so many people really do care.
