I wonder if they mean Think Progress who started this mess by taking OUT OF CONTEXT clips from 2006 footage, plants, and edited video clips in a video which was used by the NAACP to condemn the Tea Party and start this mess. Many sites have shown many of the clips in the video are not from Tea Party Protesters, or from people asked to leave, or from imposters. Even worse, no evidence was supplied to confirm they were members and yet it was used to condemn a group of people.

Yes, the important point is the Department of Justice went through on the civil case– and won. All of a sudden, when they were talking sentencing, the case was then dropped by Holder.

I think that was because the MSM ignore it.

The case is significant in that it shows a lack of prosecution due to race consideration. I'm sure we can all agree that is wrong (white, black or latino).

Actually, I've found more inconsistencies in the liberal media (MSNBC in particular).

The truth lies in between. The wise American reads both sides and looks at all evidence.

(1) FOX did cover the black Panther case.

(2) The WH DOJ dropped the case after they were convicted. Do you read the news, or just listen to the hacks at MSNBC?

The Black Panthers jump to mind as black racists.

BTW, there are racists in all racial groups. Latino's and Blacks are not exempt. It is human nature. To believe differently is denying the truth.

"Robert Gibbs issued an apology to Shirley Sherrod and said the Administration had fired her without having all of the facts."

Gibbs then continued his statement and said that the civil suit against the Black Panther's was dropped because in that case the White House had ALL the facts.
