We used Virgin for a few years and just switched to Verizon. It was a very big mistake.
Virgin was very cheap compared to Verizon which charges 99c for each day you use the phone plus the charge for the minutes you use. I will get reminders to "top up" constantly plus i receive calls from Verizon during a call to remind me of my balance. These calls interrupt and end the call i am on at that time which is very, very annoying! My wife and i will get a Virgin phone again. We honestly regret to have left Virgin.
