Don't think that the first Independence day was celebrated in Boston on 4 July 1776 since the first parchment copy originated at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 2 July and the final version on 4 July. Maybe the Bostonians saw the signing on television

filling wit (sic) water is not quite safe. vapors can be trapped in the upper domed end and in the rolled end seams. there are mechanical barrel openers available which are the only safe way to open a purged barrel.

same thing happened on the main shopping street in Redmond Or. only it was a bronze of a Great Blue Heron that probably weighed 20 lbs. someone is going to have to do a lot of re-shaping to make these unrecognizable.
