Isn't the statute of limitations for personal injury 3 years in WA? Seems strange that they would want to only release the videos that are over 3 years old. My father was beaten up by cops in the 90s and they claimed it was he who attacked them, despite witnesses. They held the threat of prosecution over his head for 3 years as if to threaten him incase he chose to pursue legal action against the city. Pretty chickens!t if you ask me.

How about placing blame where it's deserved. This is the fault of JOSH POWELL. If he couldn't stand the heat, he shouldn't have murdered his wife. I am so sick of the crowd that screams about how it is the media/grandparents/DSHS that caused this. There is only ONE person who could have stopped this from happening and that was the psychotic DB who killed his entire family.
Most rational people would say that this family has enough to worry about and most NW people will do what is necessary to ensure that this family does not have to worry about this loony group disrupting the laying to rest of the Powell children.
