How many acres is this house to be on; hopefully not too close to other facades. Considering the number of trees in the area I would assume that there are to be "guards" over the rain gutters!. Were the trees that were removed mulched? In my present home I really like having a shower, toilet, and sink in with my laundry which is not far from the back entrance (my husband worked construction and went directly to the shower area at the end of his work day) This site is a GREAT CHOICE-- four season changes with beautiful foilage.
