that's because your iPhone is looking for the UK SIMCARD to activate. If you have it, just put it. If not, you will have to create a custom firmware that hacktivates the phone.

that cuz' you have configured saurik's server and iTunes can't find 4.3.1 shsh there. Just open TinyUmbrella, go to "Settings" (or whatever) and uncheck the option "Set hots on exit". Then, close Tiny and retry.
