There's a sizable Boulder County facility just west of County Line Road on Quicksilver Rd, that has at least 24 rooms, plus other amenities. It has been empty and "for sale" for at least 5 years with no results, and no homeless being sheltered, or whatever its original purpose was. What's with this?

This LTE is surely satire, or the author doesn't know the history of skydiving at the Boulder airport (and how it was squelched). I'm pretty sure that Boulder residents would make CQS look like normal people if this move somehow miraculously happened. In fact, I'm pretty sure I can hear the shrieks of horror, all the way in Longmont, right now.

CU will play 6 home games, and the County Fair is a one week wing-ding. Are you saying that's the same as hourly (or more) skydiving flights year round? I would think CQS would be thrilled if flights were limited to that frequency.

I have often wondered about the legitimacy of the repetitive amusement park aspect, which disturbs the community for thrills and profit, versus the needs of general aviation activity that the airport was designed for.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but have always wondered why LaBuda heard this case when she knew it was a federal issue and couldn't rule on it. That seems to have wasted as much time and money as anything.
