thank all of you who served, are serving and will serve, you make a lot of differnce even if it's 1 life at a time
jay, you remind me of a canadian guy i once knew he used to write to my local paper once a week to try and stop the kids in school from saying the pledge of alliegence are you related to bell bev deveere? oh yeah one other thing that great golden retirement plan you speak of after 22 years service i have another job explain that one to me please!
being in the guard for 22 years had taught me that when the country gets in money troubles start picking on the military, they can handle it! who ever is in charge of letting the navy do more, is just being a supporter of the navy, we need to look back on how much the coast guard has done for this country and how much it cost this greatful nation of ours, as i have the experience of it, the government is long on want short on paying, the coast guard has always been the best investment this country could ever make, each day we went to do a job no one cared about till they needed us, now they do and these burocrats need to call them in and let them do the job they were given many moons ago
