Yes i agree Phil,it doesn't mean that it has to go to BNP central office,it can be cashed at a local level and then be given out to who ever, stop this scaremongering its not doing us any favours.

Try to help out with some leafleting,you will definately get a feel good factor out of it, It also keeps you fit, i have done it quite a few times and never had any problems.
