Just what we need another committee to waste time and money and the end result no matter what to be shelved and collect dust. What another slap in the face.

I'm confused. I thought our yearly Cola was adjusted to the CPI that is now set at 6.2 %. and we still have the months of Aug and Sept before our rate is set. If inflation continues at .5% for Aug and Sept our Cola raise should be 6.7 %. Am I wrong ?
