The army general that originated this coup was not defending the constitution.He was a tool of the oligarchy that is trying to preserve their elite status. That is a lost battle because populism is the trend in South America that can not be stopped. Obama is very intuitive and wants to keep the balance so the USA would have an opening when south of the border issues are discussed.
