What an irrational and strangely hostile backlash against the addition of a conservative styled media outlet in Canada. It would appear that most Canadians still prefer to get their news from their government sponsored news media such as the CBC. I imagine a conservative-slanted news network might challenge the weak minded droves to actually THINK or HEAR DIFFERENT OPINIONS now instead of having their news spoon-fed by the state run media. Oh no, the horror!
This all seems consistent with my experience with Canadians, whom I have found to be some of the most smugly arrogant, yet obliviously ignorant people on earth. I guess government sponsored news tends to do that.
