yea i have it jailbroken i think, the final limera1n window said "done". you wanted me to download cydia and then ultrasn0w next from the app store right?

okay i downloaded itunes, and then ran limera1n. limera1n window now says "hold home + power" and itunes says "itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. you must restore this iphone before it can be used with itunes. okay?" what do i do next? should i close the itunes pop up? what is the home and power button on an iphone? home is the only button there is in the center right, is power the one on the top right?

yes, i plugged it in to a pc. no, itunes is not installed. should i download it? i downloaded the limera1n version for pc

how long should it take to jailbreak? i just followed your directions using limera1n and it says "waiting for device" for a while now

hope someone can help, im new to this and have no idea how to go about any of it. i have an iphone 3gs currently at version 4.0.2, firmware 05.13.04. can someone please tell me the exact steps to take so i can use it on tmobile? i can use a mac or pc, have access to both.
