Oh yea, this double standard is so REAL. I lived it. They who are IN or IN CHARGE can say whatever and do whatever because the government backs them up : In food stamps, in educational failure, in subsidies, etc. and whatever the underpriviledged need.

However, after working as a volunteer with a charity for twenty three years, the outcomes are misery, out of wedlock children....worse yet, un DNA identified partners- producing multiple offsprings.
