There is a difference between PROVIDING health care and CONTROLLING health care. A voucher can PROVIDE it--but then Congress wouldn't be able to CONTROL how people spent 1/8th of our economy. And we can't let the ignorant huddled masses have that kind of power....

These poor, angry souls need the health care provided to everyone in Congress--since it's already taxpayer funded. Of course, that health care will be amended to remove the expense accounts, perks, and power that the current users in this health plan enjoy.......
