Many self-styled environmentalists aren't interested in rationally evaluating and seeing the unintended deleterious consequences and just plain stupidity of their beliefs - their primary interest is to maintain the delusion of themselves as being "caring" and "concerned" citizens. For them, environmentalism is a belief system tantamount to religion and in their religious fervor they feel justified in forcing their will on everyone and thwarting democratic process.
It's evident the supporters here of OWS only interest in truth and fact is to what degree they can be distorted to further their cause. Unfortunately for you, the truth of things usually comes out, and all your lies, distortions, misdirection and straw men don't stand up against what people can see with their own eyes and think with their own brains. But don't go away, I'm pretty sure you're one of the reasons OWS is losing what little support it had.
In the mean time I get to bear the cross of having people under the misimpression that my comments are profane - thanks a lot KOMO, you really know how to endear your readers.
The comment above that was deleted is shown below in quotes (read it fast before it's removed again). I was told by KOMO staff that it "...is akin to abusing or putting down another commenter....". Heaven forbid that that should ever happen. Seems to me KOMO is catering to those who flag other's comments for the purpose of gagging them.

I don't know what others think, but I find it bazaar that KOMO would go along in deleting it. It's strong, but I don't see how it's abusive. I've seen a LOT worse.

That's pathetic. 'TV' isn't making them do what they do. If anything, most liberal network TV tries to show them in a good light. Don't you get that. I mean really... how much koolaid did you drink?

Although you may believe bigger government is the answer, it's not. It was the actions of big government social engineering thru Fannie and Freddie that encouraged the banks and other lenders, the whole rotten structure, to give loans to those who would never be able to repay them.
The problem isn't as simple as more regulation. We've got plenty of that, but appropriate, efficient and effective regulation is another matter. Had the recent excesses of wall street occurred in an actual free market... well, they wouldn't have occurred in the first place because those who took irresponsible risks would not have dared do so if they had believed there would be actual consequences as opposed to a certain government bailout.
Is this your role here... to be a sycophantic toady who can't string a proper sentence together? You represent OWS well but you do your 'friend' orc no favors.
