You did give us a clue in your video answers that the judges were split. I am assuming you voted for Jeffrey and Bob & Bobby voted for Melissa.
From a marketing perspcetive, they blew it!! Jeffrey would have brought in a huge, broad range of viewers!
Foodies & Newbies, Men & Women of all ages, Gay & Straight viewers, and the huge Cooking without Borders audience!!!!
Where now your Melissa show - only appeals to a very small viewing market! Explain to me - how that makes sense Bob & Bobby?
Anyway I just went to Jeffreys website and I am "inspired" again. Check it out: http://jeffreysaad.wordpress.com/

Your comment was;
"Apparently, you ignored all the great recipes she came up with on the rest of the shows in the series? I guess it takes Hamburger Helper to recognize Hamburger Helper!"
Unfortunately you were incorrect ;
No --- I did not ignore what she cooked throughout the series!
And in regards to your guess about the HH theory - I wouldn't know - I have always made everything from scratch,

" Life is too short to simply look to a 'survival guide' to eat. Yeah, you got through another day, another week, and everyone was fed... just keep getting by until you die. "
Yes we are all struggleing in this economy in some way - I don't want the FN implication shoved down my throat that I can only afford $10.00 -- I already know that! But with that $10.00 give me something new, something fresh & exciting, not chicken done a zillion ways. - not the same stuff we already use everyday and are burned out on!. Gee FN is this Melissa show going to include - Are we going to be learning a zillion ways ro make Spam dishes too?
And please ditch this concept - how low can we get when we are deemed merely "Surviving" - gee thanks for your FN insight! And - you are saying we need a non expert guide who can cook a 4 step chicken recipe, in which you can exchange the indgredients. Wow ----- what a novel concept FN!
Thanks but no thanks, I'm struggling too, yet I aspire to so- -o - o much more on a budget, then your meager attempts with these boring and irratating Melissa shows!
Even if we couldn't run out and get the Jeffrey ingredient, its the "idea" that you got challenged to do something new and different. How refreshing!
Not the same old stuff you end up settling for day after day, week after week, month after month!!!
We Want Jeffrey. FN - WAKE UP!!!!!

Jeffery was clearly the Winner. I would watch him cook anything. He made it fun, interesting, intelligent, and challenging for those of us that love to cook.
Susie said it - Jeffery was clearly more marketable! Then why did cheesey/hyper/Irritateing Melissa get picked?
Please give us non - hamburger helper cooks a show with Jeffery!!
