With hardcore video game sales seeing an unexpected and precipitous drop in sales this April (http://bit.ly/9tlHMP), I wonder if the recent April flatline isn't part of a larger, macro trend. Perhaps there's a growth rebound coming?

Thanks for post Brad. As Associate Producer of Venture Voice, I enjoyed learning about TechStars while editing the podcast.

The mentorship provided by David, yourself, and the other members is certainly a compelling reason to apply!

That's a great feature for intensedebate. One question: with Facebook emulating FriendFeed's imported items commentary feature, will intensedebate (or Disqus) be able to pull those comments as well, or are they blocked by the Facebook wall?

Honestly, Brad, as a long-time reader I enjoyed the post, but when I step back it just looks like a semantic argument to me. As Web 2.0 continues to evolve, so will the lexicon. True, there is ambiguity in the phrasing at the moment, but I imagine it will sort itself out and, even if it doesn't, I doubt anyone is being misled by the disparate use of "alpha," "beta," "limited beta," etc.

Does anyone know where to get a similar map for solar suitability?

Interesting, but it would be cool to see this by city, rather than state. For example, Austin, TX has a ton of entrepreneurs but given the population of Texas, it doesn't stand out.
