You have civil liberties where ever you are, it's called unreasonable search and seizure. Guess that is why the law is in place prohibiting them from "multitasking".

Once again, a system presented for a single purpose is being suggested as use for more. Be careful how quickly you are willing to give away a simple right. Ticket cams seems like a good idea to control speed/intersections but now in place are wanted to be used for more, different than they were presented originally.

There have been a couple other videos of Shandy acting aggressively towards suspects, one was in a holding cell. I understand officers are dealing with the worst of the worst at times but they are also expected to maintain a neutral attitude towards detainees and suspects. I feel Shandy has not demonstrated he is able to fulfill this expectation.
