Well there was obviously one person patrolling the lot, who was hired by the tattoo convention!?
They watched the ONE guard walk around, when he went in to look at the T & A or smoke his cigarette, they pounced! Either the center needs to actually have some guards on patrol, or the people renting the facility need to hire more guards.

How about if hikers just stay on the path(s) and we spend that 115k grant on something else?
Never hiked the butte? Go with one of the thousands that have and they can show you the way.....Or better yet, just go up the north side. Steeper, less crowded and a clear path to the summit!!!
