Respecting an individual's right to choose for him/her self will not result in anarchy. It is the only morally sound position that you can take. What if somebody came along and made it illegal for you to be a zealot and a christian fundamentalist? That wouldn't be too cool. I think the country would be a better place even if it means we could no longer restrict people from smoking pot. I believe humans naturally live together peacefully and we don't need a 10,000 page book of regulations or a company of militarized police officers enforcing them with the threat of violence.
